This workshop will not only test the current physical condition of your back but will supply you with techniques and strengthening exercises to help prevent and aid in the healing of a reoccurring back problems.

This workshop will look at the importance of staying fit as we age, and will provide methods and an approach to fitness for the older adult. We will look at some of the main concerns for this demographic And how a program can be adapted to suit the participant so that they will achieve the results intended.

This clinic will examine the importance of a healthy lifestyle, and the benefits of making lifestyle behaviour changes. We will assist participants on behaviour modification and provide a template for their change that will include fitness, nutrition, stress management and leisure.

Core Stability Clinic
Core Stability is one of the newest topics of the fitness industry. An extremely useful clinic promoting the importance of balanced core strength, and the importance of posture muscles. This clinic will feature an active session showcasing creative ways to recruit the core stabilizers. A great clinic for any fitness level from the beginner to elite athlete, core strength is key!
